You have 30 calendar days to return/exchange items. If there is an issue with an order that occurred such as, non-delivery, damage to goods, or you need a new size, Jolie’s Fashion must be contacted within 14 days for resolution. After the 30 day period, no exchanges will be granted.
All items that are being requested for return/exchange must be unused/unworn and in its original condition. Items that are used, worn, or washed will not receive a refund. Clearance items and custom orders are final sale. Please double check personalization before final checkout.
All return requests can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include name and order number in subject line with detailed reason for return/exchange.
With regards to shipping, if an error was made by Jolie’s Fashion, the cost of shipping will be covered by the company. However, if wrong size was ordered or change of mind, customer is responsible for shipping of a return or exchange.Returns will not be accepted if the retun process is not followed.
